I loved this In-Home Engagement Photos Session in San Diego, California.
I was originally supposed to shoot Krysti and Ricky’s wedding but, because of covid, they had to reschedule their wedding twice. They made the hard decision to give up their wedding for now but we still wanted to celebrate their love! We then planned a fun Christmas shoot in their new home that they just moved into!
I was so excited to see their new home in San Diego! When I first walked in, I fell in love with their home. It was so colorful, unique, and decorated with vintage details. It totally fit Krysti and Ricky so perfectly. Ricky is an Enneagram 4 to a T so every touch he added to the house was so intentional and meaningful. Kristi has an eye like no other, and found the most perfect pieces to fill each corner with! These two were so giddy to be in their new home and to capture some memories in their new space with me!
We started the shoot making coffee, and hanging out in their living room! Then, we snapped some photos of their cutest little cat, which turned out so cute! We stopped at each little space in their house capturing little snippets of each corner in their home. After the in-home engagement session, we went out on the Mission Trails for sunset and more couples photos!
I had so much fun at this engagement photos session in San Diego, CA with Krysti and Ricky! I loved that they wanted to change it up from the traditional beach engagement photos, and do them in their new home!
